YOUR LIST OF WHAT’S IMPORTANT TO YOU

Having a reminder of what’s important to you can be so helpful when you are feeling at odds with yourself.

When any situation becomes overwhelming or difficult or tiring or energy draining, look at your list and draw on something you’ve put on there.

These things are important because they sit with our core values or are true for each of us as a person. These are the things that make you feel more whole as YOU.

Maybe your family is on your list. At times when you feel you need something to help you through a situation or problem go and be with family in some way. You don’t have to ask them for anything, just being with them can help bring you back to the space what is real right now and help change the perspective.

Here’s my list:

  1. Family
  2. Moving / using my body
  3. Reading
  4. Silence / space / Meditation
  5. Nature
  6. Travel
  7. Friends
  8. Animals
  9. Learning
  10. These are where I go when I need to get back to feeling like ME and where exciting possibility comes forth rather than stress, anger, sadness or whatever it is that’s creating a block.
